Just a button and an avatar. You'll need to use an image editing program (Paint can work if you don't have anything) to add text to both.

DO NOT take off the copyright. I worked really hard on this layout and I deserve the credit of it. You need to, however, change the first part of the copyright. If you don't, then your website could "belong" to anyone. Just change the 'You' to your name.
